The delivery time of our products is around 3-5 working days from the time you order. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, there may be occasional delays on the part of our logistics partner. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the current status of your order.
All orders are fully tracked. If a package is not delivered within 60 days of dispatch, it is considered lost. Please contact us in this case.
Our products come with a tracking code. Some smaller items are not available with tracking numbers. These smaller items are given a semi-tracking number that is no longer updated once they leave our customs and are shipped internationally. Whether or not a tracking code is available for the order, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders..
If multiple items are ordered at the same time, they can be shipped separately to minimize the total value of the order and to avoid additional duties or sales taxes imposed by local customs. So it can happen that one item arrives before the other. Don't panic if all items don't arrive at once ... they're on their way!

We do not offer refunds for undelivered orders. Individualized as well as personalized products cannot be exchanged.
We pride ourselves on our ability to cancel orders on time and according to customer requirements. Please note that we only allow orders to be canceled 3 hours after the order has been placed. Orders requested after this period cannot be canceled. If a refund is desired, the product must be returned to us upon receipt.
